I am a licensed massage therapist and certified in NeuroMuscular therapy. I enjoy working with clients in a number of massage techniques including deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage. I also do aesthetic work including hand and foot scrubs and aromatherapy. My approach to therapeutic practice centers around seeing clients as people, offering moments of education when appropriate, and always being patient and professional. Outside of bodywork, I enjoy listening to and creating music and being active outdoors.
